About the role Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support the Housing Admin Manager and Executive Director of Operations. This role involves managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities to ensure the smooth operation of their housing services. Key responsibilities include organising and documenting meetings, monitoring and maintaining essential supplies, and facilitating effective communication across teams. They will also assist with the preparation of formal reports, handle regulatory and governance-related tasks, and provide administrative support for inspections, complaints, and financial processes. This is a dynamic role that requires a proactive approach to improving team efficiency and supporting their operational goals. About you The ideal candidate for this role will have strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to produce accurate documentation and manage competing deadlines. You will excel in delivering high-quality customer service, effectively addressing queries and complaints with a customer-focused approach. Strong English language skills, including spelling, grammar and the ability to interpret data accurately, are essential.
