About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor you’ll:
* Get to know our members and support them in finding the right products and services that can provide Real Help With Real Life - whether that’s saving for a gap year trip, buying a first home, or anything in between.
* Facilitate great conversations confidently through channel of choice, as you support our members in branch, over the phone and with the operation of their accounts online.

Haywards Heath Branch are looking forward to welcoming someone new to our small team to share our passion for delivering exceptional customer service and growing our business. We see lots of regular customers who we love getting to know along with welcoming and encouraging new customers to our branch, our customers quite often comment on the family-like atmosphere, and we take pride in the service they receive in the branch.
You will have lots of opportunities to network with others and you may be required to cover other branches in the South Coast area.
This is a really varied role and no working day in branch is the same, from serving customers on our counter, opening or changing accounts, helping us prepare and deliver Money Minds sessions to help educate adults and children on all matters money, to preparing and delivering frauds and scams sessions - we really are a branch that likes to keep busy and are passionate about purposeful working.
