Commercial law firm in Leeds seeks two Property Litigation lawyers – one of 0 to 2 and the other of 3 or more years’ PQE. The team advises on all property related disputes and contentious portfolio and asset management issues and clients include owners, developers, investors, management companies, end users and others in the development process. The team is instructed on a wide range of matters from asset management of nationwide portfolios to high profile court battles over iconic developments and advise some of the world’s biggest names as they protect their real estate interests. The successful candidates will have their own case load (with an appropriate level of support and supervision from the Partners - or autonomy - depending on your PQE) and be encouraged and expected to form close relationships with all their clients. You will also be expected to get involved in marketing and business development activities, and be given plenty of opportunity to do so. Candidates will possess strong technical skills (commensurate with your level of experience) and be able to demonstrate exceptional organisation skills as well as your high attention to detail. If you are already qualified, you will currently specialise in Property Litigation law. If you are newly qualified, you will ideally have undertaken a seat in Property Litigation or Commercial Property (but have a desire to work on contentious Property matters).
