We are looking for an agile and proactive Marketing Assistant with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit who can help us nurture this company culture. This role reports directly to the Marketing Manager, based at our office in Didcot, Oxfordshire. We operate a hybrid working model: three or more days from the office, the remainder of the week from home. JOB PURPOSE As part of the Marketing & Communications Team the Marketing Assistant will support the Brand achieve its business objectives and strengthen brand equity by assisting in the development and delivery of campaigns and assets to help build brand awareness, engage and delight our existing customers and help reach us new audience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Assist the Marketing & Communications team in the planning, development and execution of marketing campaigns and associated activity, including instore activations, events and POS. · Support the Marketing and Communications team with the management of our social media accounts, including, scheduling, community and influencer management. · Assist in planning and executing our calendar of events, including managing suppliers and budgets, reporting against agreed KPIs and attending the events (in some cases outside of regular working hours). · Assist the Marketing Manager in the planning, development and execution of trade marketing campaigns and associated activity, developing a sound understanding on the needs and requirements of our trade customers. · Assist the Marketing Manager in the planning, development and execution of Interior Design Service marketing campaigns and associated activity. · Monitor, collate and report competitor activity and compiling weekly and monthly reports to share internally. · Support the Communications Manager with the running of the press office. Engaging with press, responding to requests for imagery, credits and quotes and managing all product loans. · Monitoring media for coverage and trends, reporting on both and compiling weekly reports to share internally. · Supporting with the creation of press materials, including releases and look books. · Managing the PR image library, ensuring all imagery and product information is up to date. · Provide ad hoc administrational support to the marketing and communications team.
