We are working with one of our favourite clients in the UK Top 100 for Professional services to add a permanent Desktop Support Engineer to their London team. This role is offering a generous salary (£35,000 - £40,000) plus excellent benefits and a supportive work environment I can genuinely vouch for! You will be on site 4 day with Fridays at home! The ideal candidate will have experience in a professional services environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide deskside support, including imaging, installing, and troubleshooting devices.
2. Configure and support peripherals such as printers and scanners.
3. Manage and resolve incidents and service requests.
4. Assist with basic server and storage configuration and troubleshooting.
5. Ensure device compliance with endpoint management policies.
6. Document processes and generate device utilisation and performance reports.
Skills Required:
7. Proficiency in supporting Windows and Apple devices.
8. Experience with peripheral installation and support.
9. Basic knowledge of servers, storage, and network cabling.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Strong problem-solving abilities.
12. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
