Key Responsibilities:
* Creating all types of purchase orders in the ERP system and sending to suppliers.
* Processing supplier confirmations, updating the system with relevant details, po numbers and lead times.
* Communicating the information with all internal departments.
* Support the procurement process by tracking materials, both for import and exports, obtaining POD's for customer service.
* Raise supplier complaints and manage on the Quality Database.
* Prepare monthly production reports and assist in identifying areas for improvement.
* Update internal procedures, instructions and forms as part of continuous improvement
* Manage projects in line with company strategy
* Address any administrative queries from team members and provide support as needed
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a production or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
