We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to oversee and co-ordinate our mobile workshop programmes. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and have experience with hand tools, power tools, and equipment repair. This role requires a hands-on approach to mentoring primary aged children in a structured lesson, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Supervise team members

* Carry out Health and Safety requirements such as risk assessments, tool box talks, and site safety.

* Coaching and Mentoring
Requirements
* Proven experience in a workshop or similar environment with strong mechanical knowledge.
* Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other workshop equipment.
* Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail in all tasks undertaken.
