Key Responsibilities: Checking Invoice data quality for compliance with customs procedures Organisation of freight bookings via email, EDI, telephone and client software. To assign Advice status to collection orders Administer status of shipments in customs hub and Active Report Collation of data relating to UK and European freight bookings To communicate and co-ordinate with internal and external departments to ensure that the agreed service levels are met and amend data where required To respond promptly and accurately to enquiries To ensure accurate enquiry of correct difference keys to indicate status of shipments in the supply chain Checking Invoice data quality for compliance with customs procedures Organisation of freight bookings via email, EDI, telephone and client software.
