Avenue are urgently seeking a part time accounts assistant for a well-established Fife based client on an initial temporary contract which may lead to permanent after 3 months.
Duties will include:
1. Preparing proformas, quotations and invoices
2. Liaising with clients
3. Answering incoming calls
Requirements:
1. Good numerical skills
2. Excel and Word literate
3. Professional telephone manner
4. Previous experience of XERO accounting would be an advantage
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 10am - 2pm.
