Known for their excellent customer service, they are now looking to add a talented Sales Administrator to their team.Key Responsibilities:Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service.Provide full administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and help meet sales targets.Accurately prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain a sales pipeline through the management of the quote log.Manage the order book, ensuring efficient processing of sales transactions.Perform general office tasks, such as handling emails, managing correspondence, scanning, and proofreading.Answer phone calls and emails professionally, handling enquiries directly or forwarding them to the appropriate person.Support pricing management, including updating customer price lists and making contract adjustments when necessary.Oversee key accounts, ensuring effective communication and high levels of service.Skills and Experience Needed:Good understanding of both B2C and B2B salesPrevious experience in a similar role, particularly in a manufacturing environment, is an advantage.Strong numeracy and literacy skills; relevant qualifications are an advantage.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.Well-organised, with good time management skills, and the ability to take initiative and work independently.
