Hourly pay rate:
£12.50 per hour
£78.22 for a sleep in nightshift.
£18.75 for Bank Holiday.

Job Description
Summary
I am a 25 year old young woman with Cerebral Palsy and ASD, I share my house with my mum and our home is full of hope, laughter and fun.
I have a supportive and positive minded team, who are energetic and enthusiastic in encouraging me to be as active and independent as possible.
We are a lively bunch of girls who don’t take life too seriously and we’re always coming up with new ways to have fun.
I have a great sense of humour and often laugh at myself.
I love to learn and we’re always on the internet, finding out facts and answers to my endless questions.
I also love watching music videos on Youtube, a good “chick flick” or binge watching something on Netflix.
I am an early riser but can also enjoy a night out dancing with my friends or attending music concerts.
I enjoy shopping trips for current fashion as I like to look and feel good.
You must be sociable, outgoing and comfortable facilitating my needs or communicating my requests to others if I’m not understood. To encourage me when It’s needed but to step back when I’m confident to try myself.
We have recently joined David Lloyd Gym which I am loving, so get trainers ready!
You must be able to swim and assist me with free walking when I’m not using my Wheelchair or my Rollator.
You need to be able to drive my automatic Van, so we can go out and have adventures.
You must also have patience, experience and have knowledge of Autism/ASD.
Your care duties will be:
To bath, wash and dress me.
Prepare my meals and feed me.
To give me an enema and toilet me. (training will be given)
To administer my medication, which I take orally.
I have my own area of the house, which you will be responsible for cleaning, hoovering and keeping tidy, this also includes a carers bedroom & bathroom.
To do my washing and ironing.
To accompany me food shopping and to attend hospital appointments when they are required.
