Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll liaise with clients, sales teams, and internal staff while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves manual handling, working in confined spaces, and lots of driving You will also manage van stock levels, maintain company equipment, and complete paperwork accurately and on time. Given the nature of the work, you must be comfortable handling emotional situations with customers facing health challenges. Adherence to company procedures, including infection control and health & safety, is crucial.
