We have formed and grown considerably since inception back in 2016, with a pipeline of maintenance contracts, capital works projects, refurbishment, and new build contracts. Three Sixty Ltd's vision is to continue to maintain Stockport Homes Group's 11,500 homes and to design, build, refurbish and regenerate places to improve economic and social outcomes for people.
We’re currently recruiting a Maintenance Service Manager to join our long-established maintenance team to be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of the Responsive Repairs service, to ensure all works are carried out safely in line with all regulatory requirements.
You will form part of a Service Manager team who are responsible for managing a team of Trade Operatives, Trade Supervisors, and sub-contractors to deliver responsive repairs across the Stockport Borough. The role will ensure all works are delivered to a high standard in accordance with company and group objectives, reporting on a regular basis to provide assurance to the senior management team.
With experience in a similar role, you’ll have experience of successfully managing a large operational team in repairs and maintenance. Ideally you will hold a current SMSTS qualification and have good IT skills and abilities, particularly in Microsoft Office.
Please note a Valid UK driving Licence is essential to the role.
