We are looking for an advanced paralegal with at least 2 years experience working in Conveyancing.
No day is the same in our Conveyancing Department and we are looking for someone who is proactive, strives to work in a fast-paced environment and is not afraid of being an integral part of the business. Previous experience working as a fee earner in a Conveyancing Department is essential.
The role will include, but is not limited to, the following duties:
1. Corresponding with clients via telephone, email and letters in a polite and timely manner
2. Corresponding with third parties via telephone, email and letters in a polite and timely manner
3. Meeting with clients
4. Working with other Conveyancers and Secretaries to ensure the progression of matters
5. Meeting required deadlines
6. Assisting with reviewing instructions and title registers
7. Reviewing documents provided by clients and third parties
8. Assisting with producing and amending the relevant documents
9. Complying with AML Regulations and completing ID checks
10. Submitting documents to the Land Registry
11. Dealing with requisitions when raised
12. Raising invoices for work carried out
You will need:
The ability to work well within a team as well as independently. It is also important to have a keen eye for detail, a willingness to learn and to be an integral member of the team. You need to be confident communicating verbally and in writing with a variety of clients and businesses.

Pay: £25,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
