We are currently looking for a passionate Kitchen Assistant, to join our Kitchen team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Kitchen Assistant your main duties and expectations for the role will include:
Ensuring all kitchen areas clean & ensure food is stored correctly.
Prepare cold kitchen food items as instructed by the Larder Chef.
Ensure the menu is correct and available on a daily basis along with allergen information.
Food preparation in line with the weekly forecasted menu.
Food safety/fire training/manual handling.
Ensures food control- ordering-storing.
Be compliant in the preparation and service of dishes as laid down by the departments SOP and in line with company red star standards
You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
