CASHBOOK MANAGER
£40,000 - £50,000 + BONUS

SF Recruitment currently has an exciting opportunity for a Cashbook Manager to join one of their established, market leading clients within their respected field.
As a Cashbook Manager, you will be responsible for the cashbook team of 4 who are responsible for controlling and reconciling bank and cash transactions across multiples currencies and legal entities.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will manage all cash book related operations regularly consulting with banks to ensure the accurate and timely reporting and control of banking and cash transactions.
Using your excellent people skills to communicate across internals departments including Purchase Ledger, Trade and Accounts Payable, to investigate and resolve any banking queries you will foster collaborative relationships to support financial objectives.
With a keen eye for detail and taking a methodical approach, you will be the point of escalation and take responsibility for finding any variances.
Being a trusted member of the management team, you will also deal with requests for cash, prepare and give out cash advances and floats for events as well as ensuring all bank account signatories align with the companies structure to maintain compliance.

Possessing strong people management skills, focussed on teamwork you will be comfortable communicating effectively with staff at all levels of the business, being an excellent problem solver with a can-do attitude.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to consistency and through your team ensure bank accounts are reconciled on time and that all tasks are completed with the highest level of accuracy and reliability contributing to cost and operational excellence.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
