Are you a skilled Property Surveyor ready to take on a dynamic role in the south of the UK? We’re looking for a motivated professional to manage our property portfolio, delivering high-quality homes and services for our residents.
You will:
* Oversee property investment, service, inspection, and repairs across 20-40 locations
* Work closely with housing and care operations teams to ensure timely, cost-effective service delivery
* Manage budgets between £1.75m-£2.5m while ensuring contract compliance
* Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive improvements
* Conduct regular site inspections, engaging with residents and colleagues
What you'll bring:
* At least 3 years’ experience managing property activities in housing
* Strong expertise in building pathology and project management
* Preferably experienced in social housing maintenance and planned investment
* Working towards MRICS or MCIOB status (essential)
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
* Ideally you'll be based in Guildford or surrounding areas
