Your new company You will be working for an organisation based in Kirkham, established in 1981, which is a leading UK manufacturer of Vitamins, Minerals & Supplements to health food stores, pharmacies, and groceries, with over 190 products throughout 15 main health categories. Your new role In your new role you will be working for an excellent organisation that puts its employees at the forefront of everything they do. Being market leaders in their field, you will be supporting the Amazon order team in all aspects of administration, customer service and order processing. Duties and responsibilities will include - - Processing orders from online retailers- Ensuring all orders are processed on a bespoke CRM system- Dealing with customers via written and verbal communication where required- Dealing with internal stakeholders to ensure all orders are packaged and shipped in a timely manner- General administration - working on Microsoft systems- Ad-hoc project work where required What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will have previous experience in an administration capacity and will have ideally previously processed large volumes of orders. You will be given training in the organisation's supply chain/sales and therefore, you must be able to learn quickly and enjoy working as part of a small team. You will have a strong attention to detail, be highly organised and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You have the ability to prioritise tasks and utilise excellent communication and relationship-building skills. What you'll get in return In return, you will be working on a temporary contract with the potential to go permanent, dependent on business needs and performance. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours pw, 8:45am-5pm. You will receive £13.50 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay. You will be paid every Friday.
