Job Title: Lead Planning, Monitoring & Control Professional - Planning

Salary: From £45,628 depending on skills and experience
What you'll be doing:
* Performing advanced project reporting & scheduling
* Undertaking advanced problem solving typically based on previous experience
* Managing the Planning Monitoring & Control processes on a full project lifecycle to ensure that over time, the needs of customers/users continue to be met and that financial and other benefits are achieved
* Consolidating expertise from multiple sources, including third party experts, to provide coherent advice to further organisational objectives
* Supporting and promoting the development and sharing of specialist knowledge within the organisation
Your skills and experiences:
* APM Qualification or equivalent by experience
* Demonstratable working experience within a project planning environment
* Ability to support the implementation of appropriate PM&C approaches
* Ability to problem solve in both established and new business environments
* Experience in Sap and/or P6 would be advantageous

The Strategic Project Management team (Site & Facilities):
This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly formed team working with BAE IMT and other stakeholders. The team supports the developing and implementing the information strategy for the infrastructure function, as well as establishing the architecture for project control systems, security, and data quality standards. This role is vital for creating business continuity and resilience plans, ensuring that BAE's infrastructure systems effectively support the timely, quality, cost-effective, and safe delivery of projects.
