DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
Take calls to both existing and potential customers to discuss products, services, and opportunities.
Provide sales and product support for a wide range of accessories
Upsell relevant products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable accessories or upgrades.
Arrange and conduct account reviews, run performance reports, and prepare detailed customer reports.
Process orders received via phone calls and emails.
Conduct regular calls to manage and update customer accounts, ensuring all information is current.
Generate new sales opportunities by engaging in proactive outreach activities.
Prepare accurate quotations and promptly respond to customer inquiries about products and services.
Process incoming sales inquiries, ensuring they are handled efficiently and effectively.
