We are looking for a Commercial Governance Analyst to join us in our UK & Ireland team, based in our Slough, UK offices
About the role
The Commercial Governance Analyst under the guidance of Commercial Partnership Lead – will support the commercial governance team and Patient Value Units (PVU) with the financial governance of Homecare and products subject to rebate. They will use analytical tools and critical reasoning to provide in-depth knowledge and consultative approach to commercial governance. They will provide key insights in financials and stock monitoring, to manage exposure to risk in areas where rebate is paid.

What you’ll do
* Serves as ‘Single Point of Contact’ for Invoice management for Key Rebate and Homecare Accounts: in-depth understanding of pricing, rebate process, rebate data management and post deal analysis.
* Document creation and management. Complete contract templates for commercial deal rebates, HSE rebates, Patient access schemes, Value Based agreements. Managing and uploading signed contracts to Contract Share and audit oversight, and contract expiry tracking
* Monthly finance reports generated for management of accruals and presented to finance team.
* Analyses and makes recommendations in partnership with commercial governance colleagues regarding the continuation/termination/rebate terms of existing contracts based on profitability and contract performance.
* Develops, refines, and owns financial models to support deal decisions, including modeling and analysis of rebate and performance.
* Owns and supports the development of key deliverables and insights for stakeholders across the organization i.e. Rebate analysis and profitability performance, Homecare data validity and verification, invoice management, pricing analysis.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience and skills :
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Statistics, or related field.
* Demonstrated success in analysis, reporting, forecasting, actuary, and modeling, with preferred minimum of a few years of pharmaceutical experience.
* Proven success in developing, implementing, and interpreting advanced analytical models in a commercial setting.
* Comprehensive understanding of Biopharmaceutical data sources and the ability to leverage data in complex analytical models, including a comprehensive understanding of anonymous patient-level data and claims data. Experience of Homecare data advantageous.
* Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to apply analysis to strategic evaluations of contracting strategy and pricing decisions.
