Salary: £12.50 ph
Hours per week: Evenings Monday – Friday 5pm – 8pm

My client is seeking a receptionist to work as part of a brilliant team in our home.
Requirements:
1. GCSE Maths and English
2. Office administration and IT skills
Some of your duties:
1. Handling phone calls and messages
2. Handling the visitors book
3. Incoming post
4. Manage the diaries for the general manager, head of care and the administrator.
5. Directing deliveries
6. Booking for rooms and functions
7. Preparing invoices for residents and guests
8. Filing
9. To provide secretarial services to the General manager
10. Assist Administrator as required
11. Control stock of stationery
12. Assist in fundraising activities
