Job Description
As the Senior HR Manager, you will play a crucial hands-on role, partnering with the business and nurturing a small team to support our success. You will be responsible for co-creating the HR strategy, delivering new initiatives, and implementing policies that support our growth, attract top talent, and create a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Partnership: Work with department leads on organisational design, ensuring there is consideration for current and future skill requirements.
* HR Administration: Drive HR compliance and administration.
* Projects: Deliver HR projects as assigned including EDI, Employer Brand, Talent Acquisition, and L&D.
* Employee Relations: Coach line managers on best practices and provide counsel on legal obligations.
* HR Metrics: Track and report on HR metrics, utilising data to make meaningful changes to the employee value proposition.
* Office Management: Support the office management team.
* Line Management: Manage the HR Administrator.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes including anti-bribery policy and environmental and quality management standards in compliance with ISO standards.
