Could you become part of a specialised team and help to change the future of many young lives in a positive way?
We are looking for a confident, organised and self motivated individual to work with our pastoral, SEND and Inclusion teams. The role will be to case hold a group of students who have barriers to attendance and learning due to social, emotional and mental health needs. Working with families and professionals, you will lead bespoke plans to support students who need individualised, flexible and targeted provision in school to remove barriers and help them reach their potential.
