Main duties of the job You will supervise a Recruitment Advisor, work closely with managers to support and advise on the Trust's recruitment process and monitor campaign timelines and outcomes. You must be committed to the delivery of first class customer service and excellent standards, have a flexible, collaborative approach, but also be appropriately assertive when you are unable to compromise standards without risk.
