Job Description
* Provide comprehensive HR advice and support to managers and staff.
* Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
* Support the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
* Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
* Participate in HR projects, such as employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with employment law and good HR practice.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices.
* Support the HR team in delivering a high-quality service to the organisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Advisor should have:
* CIPD Level 5 Human Resources.
* Experience in a similar HR Advisory role
* Excellent knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
* Proficiency in HR systems and MS Office Suite.
* Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
