Job summary We are recruiting for Healthcare Assistants to join our friendly Community Nursing Team on the Isle of Wight. As a Community Healthcare Assistant you will work as an integrated member of the Community Nursing Team, providing nursing care for patients in the community under the direction and supervision of the District Nurse Team Leader. The role of Healthcare Assistant is fundamental to the success of Community Nursing Teams and we are looking for successful candidates who are able to demonstrate the competencies to perform at this level and to be the role model of the Trust's core values.
