About the role:
SEN TA: We’re seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist ARP unit in Enfield. You’ll support a small group of four high-needs primary school students with ASD, including non-verbal children. The role involves assisting with learning, personal care (including toileting), and preparing resources. You’ll collaborate with another adult to manage the group, ensuring an inclusive and nurturing environment.

Application Requirements:
• Experience working with children with ASD, particularly high-needs students.
• Confidence and initiative to run a small group and support independent learning.
• Ability to assist with personal care tasks, including toileting.
• A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
