Contract: Permanent
Location: Haverfordwest
Hours per week: 18 hours per week minimum (consideration can be given to a 36-hour contract)
Working Pattern:
* Weekdays (3pm until 9am - including sleep shift)
* Flexibility to provide additional support during school holidays
Pay:
* Weekday (7am to 11pm) = £15.14 to £16.50 depending on experience
* Bank Holidays (7am to 11pm) = £22.71 to £24.75 depending on experience
* Sleep shifts (11pm to 7pm) = £11.42

Im a 13-year-old girl who sustained a brain injury at birth. I have complex needs, including cognitive difficulties, cerebral palsy and autism.
