Role: Part Time Receptionist – Temp to Perm Location: Milton Keynes Hours: Monday to Friday 1 x AM shift and 4 x PM shifts including one Saturday per month 27.5 hrs per week Salary: £12.21 per hour We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and supporting administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities of a Receptionist Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate departments Manage and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages Maintain a clean and organised reception area Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation Provide general information and assistance to visitors and staff Ensure security procedures are followed by monitoring logbooks and issuing visitor badges What we would like from you: Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to work independently and as part of a team Customer service-oriented attitude If you are interested in this role, please apply below with your most recent CV.
