A secondary school in Gosport is seeking an experienced Learning Support Assistant to join their team. The school's curriculum is ambitious for all learners, focusing on both knowledge acquisition and skill development, with the goal of helping students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to pupils in the classroom, ensuring they can engage with the curriculum effectively.
- Work with small groups and one-to-one sessions to help students develop key skills and deepen their understanding of subject content.
- Build trusting relationships with students by communicating in a supportive and encouraging manner, creating a positive learning environment.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, ideally within a secondary school setting.
