The Role
As a Vehicle Sales Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by ensuring smooth and efficient processing of vehicle sales. You’ll be responsible for handling documentation, liaising with the sales team and ensuring compliance with all necessary regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Processing vehicle sales paperwork accurately and efficiently
2. Registering vehicles and ensuring all documentation is up to date
3. Handling invoices, payments, and related financial tasks
4. Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks
5. Setting up warranty policies
What We’re Looking For
1. Previous experience in vehicle sales administration
2. Previous experience with Keyloop/CDK
3. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
