You’ll manage resources to meet customer SLAs in areas like preventative maintenance, call-outs, and more, ensuring high standards and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Service Management: Oversee scheduled and emergency service jobs using our Clik Service Management Programme. Installation Coordination: Manage the customer installation process and maintain team communication. Operational Excellence: Manage operated accounts, conduct hygiene visits, control stock usage, and support the sales team. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies, focusing on health and safety. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience in a technical support or service desk role. Proficient with service management programs (e.g., Clik) and CRM systems.
