We’re recruiting for a highly regarded Gold SAP partner.
They enhance their existing clients’ estates with SAP BTP consulting services and data software solutions.
They have a great relationship with SAP, are a European firm, have a great leadership team, low attrition, and a prestigious and happy client base.
They require someone to lead their service desk for their UK and Indian operations.
You will manage all tickets, incidents, and support agents and ensure communication and SLAs are met through excellent service.
With exceptional people and leadership skills, you will be skilled in ABAP and the following areas: oData, SAPUI5, and SAP BTP.
