UKERC Executive and Operations Administrator
About the role
The UK Energy Research Centre carries out world-class, interdisciplinary research into sustainable future energy systems, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive and Operations Administrator to join the team.
What you would be doing
You will be responsible for providing operations and executive support in the UK Energy Research Centre.
In this role, you will provide efficient administrative support for a range of strategic, operational, and communications activities to ensure the efficient coordination of the day-to-day business and longer-term planning of the Centre. Specific tasks include event logistics, financial management, servicing of committees, providing executive assistance to the UKERC Director, coordinating administrative processes, and acting as a point of contact for enquiries.
You will be comfortable managing a varied workload, working at pace, and managing changing priorities with a range of timeframes. The role requires close working and liaison with a wide pool of internal and external stakeholders.
What we are looking for
You will have proven experience of providing administrative support to teams and/or senior staff, and experience of managing and completing multiple tasks simultaneously. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
* Providing varied and responsive administrative and project management support.
* Servicing meetings and committees.
* Providing assistant support and administrative service to the UKERC Director.

Further information
This is a full-time, fixed-term role until June 2028 and will be based at the South Kensington campus.
