Responsibilities Conducting patient assessments and providing appropriate nursing care Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare providers Assisting with minor surgical procedures and other clinical tasks Educating patients on disease prevention, management, and healthy lifestyle choices Collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive and patient-centered care Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation Participating in quality improvement initiatives and adhering to clinical best practices Qualifications Diploma or degree in nursing from an accredited institution Current nursing license and registration Proven experience in a primary care or community health setting Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Commitment to providing culturally competent and inclusive care Proficiency in electronic health records and medical documentation BLS certification and other relevant clinical certifications are preferred Day-to-day As a Practice Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing and treating patients, administering medications, providing education and support, collaborating with providers and other healthcare team members, and maintaining accurate patient records.
