Position
In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with leadership, management, and key teams across the Agency to design and deliver internal communications that inspire and inform. You’ll adopt a creative, multi-channel approach to ensure updates are timely, accurate, and aligned with organisational goals. From managing internal communication channels to supporting key organisational projects, you’ll play a central role in fostering a positive, engaged workplace culture.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with experience in internal communications who has a talent for creating clear and engaging content that meets the needs of diverse audiences. You’ll have a collaborative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with managing internal communication channels and measuring their effectiveness is key, along with a flexible, solutions-oriented approach. Experience in supporting change communications and fostering a positive workplace culture would be highly desirable.

Salary: £29,668 - £37,371, pro rata, per annum, dependent upon knowledge, skills and experience, plus excellent benefits
