Opus Vitae is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of our client, who are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join and expand their busy Commercial Property team.
What you could be doing...
* Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters, including landlord and tenant issues, development, sales and acquisitions, leases, woodlands, agricultural property, and telecoms
* Providing high-quality legal advice, assistance, and representation to clients while maintaining exceptional client care standards
* Working collaboratively within a busy team, ensuring a high standard of legal service delivery
* Advising clients on property transactions and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Using legal case management systems efficiently to record and manage work
* Engaging in marketing and business development activities to build and maintain strong client and external stakeholder relationships
* Balancing client demands, caseload management, and non-casework responsibilities while ensuring all deadlines are met
* Promoting and adhering to all file and case management policies and procedures
* Representing the firm professionally, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the team's success
What we’re looking for...
* 3+ years PQE in commercial property law
* Familiarity with the Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the regional commercial property market, including its challenges and opportunities
* Experience using case management systems with proven ability to manage time-recording effectively
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience in business development activities
* A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with a flexible, can-do attitude
* A strong desire for professional development and continuous learning
* Commitment to delivering outstanding client service
