Job summary Bridge Surgery is seeking someone who would like to join our team as a Workflow Administrator to joining our team. The successful candidate will provide support to both the clinical and admin team to ensure a robust and efficient system in managing patient care. We are looking for someone to work between 15 - 30 hours a week Monday - Friday. Monitor and action all e-mails sent to the generic surgery e-mail account throughout the day. Summarise incoming medical records of new patients and code the required information into the patient record. To ensure deductions are carried out in a timely manner. Ensure that all new patients are registered onto the computer system promptly and accurately as per practice procedures. Inform the Health Visiting Team by e-mail of any patient joining the practice list who is under 5 years old (excluding new births). Check, monitor and deal with items as they appear in the GP Links system. Ensure medical records requested for return to PCSE are retrieved and dealt with promptly as per practice/PCSE procedures in readiness for the next weekly collection. Sort and distribute accordingly any correspondence and process the medical records received in the weekly delivery from PCSE. Integrate new patient notes into SystmOne (GP2GP) and update any degraded allergies. Monitor for GP2GP failures (records in and out) and follow up as required. Monitor prescription stock, order as required and log them into the secure store. Check prescription stock held in the printers and replenish weekly logging out of the secure store as per practice procedure.
