SJC is managing the recruitment process for a multi-service law firm who are looking to expand and strengthen their Post Completion department with the addition of a Post Completion Assistant. The role will be based in Barnsley. The Role Ensure all post-completion tasks, including filing and registering documentation with relevant authorities, are completed accurately and promptly Organise, file, and maintain legal documents, both physical and electronic, to ensure easy retrieval and compliance with legal standards. Liaise with clients to provide updates on the status of their transactions and address any post-completion queries. Prepare and manage post-completion correspondence, including letters, emails, and reports.
