Job Overview: The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales within the designated geographic area and through the specification of our Emergency Lighting products and systems, ensuring consistent profitable growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to foster relationships and be highly motivated to achieve results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned area.
* Research and identify new business opportunities and optimize existing relationships.
* Fulfil all set objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short and long-term sales.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline ensuring consistent sales growth within the region.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and strategic partners.
* Lead negotiations and sales presentations, ensuring the best possible solutions for clients and closing high-value deals.
* Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
* Work in close collaboration with internal sales and project delivery teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
* Provide a high level of customer service ensuring optimal customer experience.
Qualifications:
* Experience in sales and business development, preferably within the lighting industry.
* Proven track record of success in driving sales and business growth.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends and adjust approach accordingly.
* Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office.
* Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area to meet clients and prospects.
