Job summary We are looking for an Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) / Advanced Paramedic Practitioner (APP) / Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our team. The post holders main responsibility will be to work within the clinical team to provide high quality patient care. The ACP/APP/ANP will use specialist knowledge and skills to provide healthcare independently to patients. This will include telephone triage, face-to-face consultations, care home visits and home visits. To apply for this role, you must be a qualified prescriber with at least two years of experience as a Paramedic or Nurse, and possess excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills. The salary for this position is Band 7.
