Security and Access Officer
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Security and Access Officer to join our client based in the Surrey area.
The successful Security and Access Officer will:
Operate and monitor in place security systems (CCTV, Intruder Detection, Fire and Perimeter Security)
Monitor, record, and authorise entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to ensure the security of the premises and client
Patrol premises and grounds to prevent and detect signs of intrusion
Provide Incident management control (IMC) and liaison with Security and Facilities Manager coupled with and emergency services as required
Manage and assist in basic maintenance of security equipment systems in ensuring they remain serviced functional and fit for purpose
Liaise with the Security Manager, and the Client's service team to confirm any residential security and access control requirements
Support Property Management and Maintenance issues on site
Provide emergency first aid in any circumstances for the Client
Access Control and logging in/out of all contractors attending the property as required
The successful Security and Access Officer will have:
A SIA License
Experience working for ultra-high net worth families or people (desirable)
Additional details:
Working shift pattern: 4 days on, 3 days off
Working hours: 7.00am - 7.00pm / 7.00pm - 7.00am
