About the role
As a Receptionist for The Belfry Hotel & Resort, your number one priority will be to deliver an outstanding, lasting impression to all guests arriving and leaving the resort. No task is too big or small when it comes to our guests’ needs.
As a Receptionist, your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring the efficient running of reception on a daily basis
* Registering guests into the hotel and checking them out, depositing valuables
* Issuing guest keys while adhering to hotel policy
* Providing excellent guest service, resolving problems when they arise, and identifying opportunities to make guests’ experiences memorable and enjoyable
About you
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy guest-facing role and will be able to stay calm under pressure. You will also possess:
* Excellent customer service skills with a genuine desire to deliver exceptional experiences to each and every guest
* Preferred experience working in a hotel, but not necessary
* Preferred experience working with Opera, but not essential
