Job summary We are looking for Service Advisors to join our dental team, who will assist with the smooth running of the IUC Contact Centres by delivering an efficient and level of call handling for both patients and healthcare professionals. As a Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for calls into NHS 111 for patients that do not require a full assessment. Who are we?
