Be the friendly face that welcomes guests, to breakfast, making their first impression unforgettable. Answer any guest queries regarding allergens, product info etc. Make sure the buffet breakfast is kept clean at all teams and fully stocked. Communicate and liaise with the kitchen team. Clean down the restaurant and re-set for evening service. General cleaning duties in line with the breakfast cleaning schedule. Go the extra mile for special requests, adding that extra touch to make guests' stays memorable.
