What’s involved?
6. As a Sales Manager you will be supporting our client on a temporary weekly basis, managing a team of up to 5 staff members.
7. Handling incoming wedding, event conference enquiries from the initial enquiry to post event follow up.
8. Exceeding customers’ expectations and being motivated to continually develop service levels.
9. Responsible for function sheets
10. Liaising with clients, managers and the kitchen to ensure events are exactly as required.
11. Hotel management experience is essential for this position
