Nottinghamshire County Council Building Cleaning Service in conjunction with Kimberley Primary School are appointing a new Site Manager. Working a 15 hour week from 6:30am-9:30am, you will be required to clean and maintain the building and offer a range of services for the benefit of pupils, parents, and staff.
You will be a key holder and will be expected to deliver the full range of maintenance, janitorial, and cleaning duties, with responsibility for securing the site.
IT skills would be beneficial and you should have a keen eye for detail and be able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of DIY skills.
You will need to be smart in appearance, wearing a provided uniform, be flexible in your approach to the role, and have the ability to work on your own initiative. We would want you to work positively with staff and parents and be a good team worker.
Previous experience of this type of work would be advantageous but ideally, we are looking for someone with interest and a high degree of commitment to ensure a safe and healthy environment for staff, children, and visitors to the school.
