The area is steeped in history and has outstanding natural beauty including iconic coastlines and areas of historical importance. We are one of the original pioneer teams leading on the new government led agenda community transformation. We are working closely with other community services to developing new ways of working in unison and providing the most cutting edge care and care planning focussing on the right service at the right time.
