My client is a highly reputable and well regarded IFA practice in Edinburgh. A new and exciting job opportunity for an experienced Sales Support Administrator to join a busy and growing IFA practice has become available. This is an excellent opportunity if you are already working as an IFA support individual and are looking to progress your career to start your career in paraplanning or to focus on developing more experience in report writing.
Duties will include:
1. Day to day administration such as processing applications
2. Chasing outstanding information
3. Dealing with external companies
4. Assisting the Paraplanner closely
5. Maintaining client info using back office systems
6. Commission and fee reconciliations
7. Inputting client data onto platforms
Ideally, you will already have financial exams passed and you will be encouraged to progress toward Diploma status as this role will progress to a Paraplanning role in the future. You will have experience of the above and be a quick thinking and dynamic individual able and confident to work on the front face of the business, managing high workloads, prioritising and multitasking to an excellent standard.
